Yoav_Lorch

The ExScite Yoav Lorch has been putting together a new universal icon language, primarily for SMS communication. Zlango, his new startup, is devoted to developing this new ?picture speak?, and making it available on every handset on the globe.

Yoav (personal page)  was a consultant and later a member of the Scitex human interface group. After leaving Scitex he founded PressPoint.

Peter_Juxon

Peter Juxon is Director Sales and Marketing of the Israeli company AVT in Europe.
Peter was sales executive at Scitex and at Iris in Europe.

Being such an attractive looking ExScite, Mike has been chosen to star in Infinity’s ads. This ad has been published at the Wall Street Journal.
Mike lives in San Diego CA. He was the director of marketing of the Engineering Graphics group at Scitex in the 1980’s.

Nostalgia

Nathan Yakovitch has Emailed us a 20 years old picture from 1986. You can see here two students (then) in the Electronic Plant in Herzlia, working hard on the Wire-Wrap machine. Standing on the right is Nathan Yakobovitch Director, Global Strategic Purchasing at NICE Systems in Israel and sitting on the left is David Litvak who is currently managing Sales and Marketing at Kodak (yes, still at “Scitex”?) and is located in Madrid, Spain.

Rick is the CMO MagiComm, and also the founder and President of Littrell & Associates (http://www.littrell.biz ) in Groveland, MA. He was one of the first application people at Scitex America in the roaring 80?s (and certainly one of the tallest?). After 3 years with STA, Rick held several application and marketing management positions at Agfa in Wilmington MA.

During his 12-year tenure at Scitex, he held various positions within the worldwide organization, including a period in the United States he was in charge of the Scitex Medical group, specializing in medical imaging applications of Iris printers. Michael served as director of Amedia Networks, Inc. (formerly TTR Technologies, Inc.) from February 2000 through August 2002.
SPO Medical is an Israeli technology-based company established in 1997 whose stock become tradable in the United States in 2005 under the symbol SPOM.PK.
The company is a developer of non-invasive pulse oximetry technologies to monitor blood oxygen saturation and heart rate for a variety of markets, including medical, homecare, sports and homeland defense. The company sells into the market applications such as emergency care, neonatal resuscitation, home monitoring, sleep apnea, cardiovascular performance, cardiac rehabilitation and the physiological monitoring of military personnel and safety care workers.

Scitex France has brought-in a group of clean customers for a business & pleasure trip at Scitex in Herzlia.
Look what happened to them- I have never seen a responsible company who brings-in customer and roll them in mud…
In fact, the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth and the largest “Natural Spa” in the world, is one of the world’s true natural wonders and a unique tourism destination. No doubt those customer have had a fantastic experience.

David Saar is the CEO and co-founder of GED-i Ltd.
Most recently David was the CEO of Vsecure Technologies (US) Inc, a Network Security company. He previously was the founder and the General Manager of TSK Israel Ltd. – a subsidiary of TSK Inc. of Japan – a manufacturer of semiconductor manufacturing inspection systems.  Previously he was the worldwide Marketing Director of the SDH Division of ECI Telecom.
For about 10 years David has held several product development positions at Scitex Israel, including R&D Manager of EIT, a Scitex spin-off.

Chris Van Assche

Chris_VanAscheAfter 13 years at STE in various senior marketing and application positions (including VP Marketing) Chris Van Assche left Scitex in 1996 to join Barco in Belgium.
A couple of years later, leaving the graphic-arts market, Chris redirected his interest towards the banking world, in the field of strategic IT consulting. With a technology partner and venture capital, he created a company that developed concepts and provided support to banking software applications. Two years later, they sold the consulting business to an
Amsterdam based consulting company.
Chris Van Assche has recently created his own management company (Creative & Valuable Advantages) in Meise, Belgium, providing services to several international banks in the Benelux.
