The Iris team- now at Davox

Alphonse Lucchese has retired from his post as CEO of Davox while retaining his role as Chairman. He has held both positions between 1994 and 2000. Prior to taking the helm at Davox, Al was the President of Iris Graphics, and was involved in selling the company to Scitex. Before Iris he has held executive positions at Xyvision, Inc. and Raytheon Data. 

Paul Lucchese (Al Lucchese’s son) was named VP, general counsel and secretary of Davox. Paul joined Davox in 1994. Prior to his position at Davox, he served as legal counsel for Iris Graphics. Previously, he worked as an associate/legal contractor for a private law firm.

Douglas Smith directs international sales and distribution at Davox. Prior to assuming this position, Doug held various senior management positions within Davox including VP strategic partnerships and VP sales and marketing. He joined Davox in 1994 following seven years at Iris Graphics. Prior to Iris he was with General Electric Information Systems, Honeywell Information Systems, Raytheon, and Phoenix Data Systems.
