All these people in this huge picture, took part in one of the most successful Drupa shows ever, at the opeak of the company’s success.

You?d better believe it- this is the first ever training course of the Scitex application engineers (AE). The picture was taken around 1976 in Herzlia.
Several engineers and programmers provided training for the Textile Imaging- Response system.

This picture was taken at a party, celebrating the completion of the first worldwide application meeting, which was held in Israel on the first week of 1982. The picture was sent to us by S. Sugiyama from Tokyo.

You maybe too young to remember- but the first American office of Scitex was in Stamford CT of all places…The operation was called STNA- Scitex North America.
In the larger-view picture you can see the first two service engineers: Charlie Baum and Adrian Zilkouski.
These pictures from the ’73-74 timeframe have been shot in the STNA office by Itzik Sanua who dropped-by for a visit .
In November 1981, the E-Ray “A Team” was sent to Germany to install the first Beta at the JOHANNES BAUER company in Hamburg, Germany.
