Ken has held applications and technology positions with the following companies in the UK: Letraset, The Last Word, Scitex, Leaf, Dainippon Screen, and most recently the merged CreoScitex. Total time with the Scitex family- 4 years.
Simon has most recently been responsible for e-commerce Business Development at Scitex UK, working with Vio and RenderView solutions in the UK market, up until the Scitex/Creo merger in 2000, when he transferred to printCafe. Simon is also a partner in Trilogy, a design and production company based in Warwickshire, UK.
Ofer Ber ofer@prosight.com is the VP R&D at Prosight. Prior to joining ProSight, Ofer spent four years as Managing Director of Callware Ltd. and Corporate VP, where he was responsible for R&D, marketing, technical support, finance and operations, and business development. Callware’s business is computer telephony and unified messaging, including Internet clients. Also, Ofer was VP (and Managing Director of the Israeli office) for Credit Labs, a startup company specializing in risk management over the Internet. Ofer also spent 12 years leading many diverse software projects at Scitex.
ProSight, Inc. www.prosight.com of Portland, Oregon also has offices in Jerusalem, Israel. Founded in 1998, the company provides Software and related services to automate portfolio management ProSight Portfolios, portfolio management software for communicating the business strategy.
Scitex Corp has announced that Yossy Zylberberg, Corporate VP & CFO is moving to Scitex Digital Printing Inc. (SDP) and joining their management team as COO. He will report to Nachum “Homi” Shamir, President and CEO. SDP develops, manufactures and distributes ultra high- speed digital color printing systems, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Scitex Corporation.
Yossy has served as Scitex Corporation’s CFO for 2 years, and prior to that as VP Operations and CFO of Scitex America Corp. Before coming to Scitex, Yossy served as CFO of several public and private Israeli companies with significant international operations.
Yahel Shachar was named CFO & Corporate Secretary of Scitex Corporation Ltd In Israel. Yahel who recently joined Scitex, served as COO at BVR Technologies Ltd. for 3 years, and prior to that was an attorney with Goldfarb, Levy, Eran & Co.
Scitex Vision Ltd., a Scitex Corp wholly-owned subsidiary www.scitexvision.com that produces wide and super-wide format printers, has named Dov Ofer, Dov_Ofer@scitexvision.com Scitex Vision’s ExecutiveVP of Sales, Marketing and Business Development, to succeed David Reis as President and Chief Executive Officer of Scitex Vision.
Dov has been with Scitex Vision for the past three years as Executive VP of Sales, Marketing and Business Development.
After completing six successful years as President and CEO of Scitex Vision, David Reis has decided to leave the company and join ImageID Ltd., as President and CEO.
Creo appointed Mark Dance to CFO effective April 30, 2002. Mr. Dance retains his position as COO and will continue to serve as a director of the company. Mr. Dance will replace Michael Graydon. After Creo acquired the digital prepress assets of Scitex Corporation Ltd., Mr. Dance was appointed President of the graphics arts division, where he led the integration of two strong teams into a coherent global organization.
Effective immediately, Creo appointed Judi Hess to fill the position of President, Graphic Arts. Ms. Hess has held the position of Corporate VP, Printing Workflow Solutions since April 2000. She originally joined Creo in 1995 as Program Manager and was appointed Director of Workflow Products in 1998. From 1981-1995, Ms. Hess worked with MDA, a Canadian high-technology commercial and defense contractor. BR>For Q1, fiscal 2002, Creo recorded revenues of $139.5 million compared to $143.2 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2001. Adjusted loss for the first quarter of 2002 was $2.3 million or $0.05 per share (diluted).

Ari Monach ari@ibotsoft.com is Director at IBOT software. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Shira Computers, a Davidi Gilo Group software company. Previous to this, Ari served as CFO of Idanit Technologies, a developer and manufacturer of large-format digital printers that was acquired by Scitex Ltd. for over $60 million in 1998 (currently: “Scitex Vision”). Ari also served as CFO of a Tadiran Telecommunications subsidiary, and at Green Computers, a software company that develops financial and logistics applications. Ari has also served on the Boards of several hi-tech companies.
Located in Herzlia, Israel IBOT, Inc., www.ibotsoft.com was established in March 2000. The company develops state-of-the-art inter-enterprise business integration software. IBOT’s solution automates the integration of business events between disparate organizational applications, such as ERP and CRM systems, eliminating the need to write new code.
The recent Exscite member update is from down-under. Zvi Gat zvigat@bigpond.com sends his regards from Victoria, Australia. Zvi has lived on most continents. He spent 13 years at Scitex: in customer support in Scitex Italy, in Israel in R&D, and in Boston in applications. He later was with Dupont in the USA and in Tokyo Japan and later moved down-under. Zvi is currently the manager of Marketing and Logistics at The Connection Pty Ltd in Glen Waverly, Victoria, Australia.
